Tenant connect
Operators sign in with a Microsoft work account. Customer administrators then authorize Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 so the application can collect the directory and gap inventory needed for the migration project.
M365 & Google Migration Orchestrator
The purpose of M365 & Google Migration Orchestrator is to assess Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants for email migration. It helps authorized operators connect both tenants, run read-only discovery, and identify gaps a mailbox migration will not cover on its own.
This app uses Microsoft Graph, with administrator consent, to read organization, domain, user, group, and license directory data. It uses Google Workspace APIs, with administrator consent, to read directory, Reports, and Apps Script metadata for that assessment. It is used by Managed Intelligence Labs, LLC and its customers. It is not a consumer app and it does not move mailbox content.
Read-only discovery
Directory, usage, and exception inventory stay in one operator workspace. The product does not migrate mail, Drive, or calendar content.
Migration gaps
Surface items that typically fall outside a mailbox cutover, such as identity collisions, Google Sites, Forms, shortcuts, Apps Script, and externally owned files.
