We build the internal software your business actually needs.
Custom internal applications, integrations, and automation designed around the operational realities of MSPs and IT service organizations, not around what a SaaS product was built to sell.
PSA and RMM platforms are excellent at what they were designed for. They are less effective at the business processes that live between them: billing workflows, management reporting, technician utilization, and cross-system synchronization.
We build the internal tools that sit alongside your existing platforms and handle the operational work they don't cover. Applications designed specifically for how your team works, with the workflows, validation rules, and controls your business requires.
What we build
- Billing reconciliation and licensing management platforms
- NOC dashboards and service operations reporting
- Technician utilization and service-delivery tracking
- Management reporting and operational intelligence tools
- Internal workflow and approval platforms
- Role-based portals for specific operational roles
Your PSA, RMM, distributor systems, Microsoft tenant, and accounting platform each have APIs. What they rarely have is a well-designed integration layer that moves the right data between them at the right time, with the right business rules applied.
We design and build integration platforms that treat your business logic as the core, not as an afterthought bolted onto a generic integration tool. Automated reconciliation, scheduled synchronization, and controlled production writes, all with a clear audit trail.
What we eliminate
- Monthly distributor-to-PSA billing reconciliation by hand
- Manual license quantity updates after distributor changes
- Copying customer data between platforms that don't talk
- Spreadsheet-based comparison of systems that should be connected
- Repetitive exports to produce reports that should be automated
PSA and RMM platforms capture enormous amounts of operational data. Most of it stays locked in the platform it was created in, visible only through the vendor's own reporting. When you need a view that combines data from multiple systems, you typically have to export and build it manually.
We build reporting platforms and dashboards that pull from your actual systems, apply your business definitions, and give your leadership team the operational picture they need, without a weekly spreadsheet exercise to produce it.
What we build
- Financial reporting that crosses PSA, billing, and distributor data
- Service-delivery and SLA performance dashboards
- Technician utilization and scheduling visibility
- Patch compliance and endpoint health reporting
- Management-level operational summaries
We don't apply AI to every problem. We use language models where they provide a measurable advantage over conventional software, primarily in understanding and working with unstructured text, documents, and knowledge.
Consequential actions (billing writes, system changes, financial calculations) are always governed by deterministic software with explicit validation and approval controls. AI assists the people making those decisions; it does not make them.
Where AI provides an advantage
- Natural-language querying of operational data and reports
- Document classification and structured data extraction
- Knowledge retrieval from internal documentation
- Ticket categorization and pattern identification
- Summarization and insight surfacing from large data sets
MSP operations have specific patterns: monthly billing cycles, per-customer licensing, distributor relationships, multi-customer environments, technician-to-client ratios. General automation platforms handle these poorly because they weren't built for this context.
We build automation that understands the MSP business model: how licensing agreements work, how distributor billing aligns to PSA records, and how to handle the exceptions that appear in real MSP environments.
Common starting points
- Monthly Microsoft licensing reconciliation (distributor vs PSA)
- Customer billing audit and error detection
- Agreement quantity alignment and update workflows
- Cross-system client data synchronization
- Automated service delivery reporting

What process are you still doing manually?
Start with the spreadsheet, the export, or the workflow that takes your team more time than it should. That's usually the right place to begin.
