A monthly Microsoft licensing reconciliation process previously required up to a week of manual work: exporting data, comparing distributor billing against PSA records, identifying discrepancies, and correcting quantities. Errors were common and sometimes resulted in customer billing pushback.
A custom internal platform was built to integrate distributor billing, PSA, and RMM data. The same reconciliation now runs in minutes, with a structured human audit replacing the week-long manual process.
